Bookings
Bookings are agreements between you and the salon. Each salon sets its own prices, cancellation notice and deposit policy, shown before you confirm.
Deposits
Deposits are paid through PayHere and deducted from your bill at the salon. A deposit may be kept by the salon if you cancel inside its notice period or don't turn up.
Reviews
Only clients with a completed booking can review a salon. Reviews must be honest and about your own visit. We remove abusive or fake reviews.
Salon subscriptions
Plans renew monthly or yearly through PayHere until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices are in LKR.
Liability
SaloonApp.lk provides the booking platform. Services are provided by the salons, which are responsible for their work.
