Bridal questions
How early should I book a bridal dresser in Sri Lanka?
As soon as your wedding date and nakath are fixed. Well-known dressers book up months ahead for auspicious dates, especially in wedding season.
How long does Kandyan bridal dressing take?
It depends on the dresser and the look, but plan for several hours including the osariya drape, jewellery and hair. Your trial tells you the real time for your look, and the planner uses it.
What is nakath-aware scheduling?
You give the auspicious time you must be ready by. The planner adds up the services, leaves a buffer for photos, and works backwards to the time dressing must start, so nobody is rushing at the poruwa.
Can my bridesmaids and mother book on the same plan?
Yes. The dresser can add each member of the bridal party to your plan so the whole morning is scheduled together.
