Privacy policy
What we collect
Your name, mobile number and email, your bookings, and anything you or your salon add to your beauty passport. Payments are handled by PayHere. We never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To make and manage bookings, send confirmations and reminders by SMS (Notify.lk) and email, and help salons look after you. Salons see only the details of clients who book with them.
Marketing
We only send marketing messages if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time from your profile.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll act within 30 days, in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as your account is active, and for up to 90 days after a salon cancels its plan so it can return without losing its history.
