Gel, BIAB or acrylic?
Gel polish is a colour coat that lasts about two to three weeks on natural nails. BIAB (builder gel) adds strength for nails that bend or break. Acrylics or gel extensions add length.
Have gel removed at the salon. Peeling it off takes layers of your natural nail with it.
