Choosing the right massage
Swedish and aromatherapy massages are gentle and relaxing. Deep tissue works on knots and tension and can feel firm. Ayurvedic treatments such as abhyanga use warm herbal oils.
Mention injuries, pregnancy or blood-pressure conditions when you book so the therapist can adapt the treatment.
Arrive ten minutes early to settle in. Time lost to being late usually comes off the treatment.
